Ultrawina

Terms and Conditions

These terms set the rules between you and Ultrawin. Opening an account, signing in, adding funds or staking anything means you are working under them. Anyone unwilling to work under them should not use the platform.

They are grouped into five parts so the section you want is easy to reach.

Part One: Who May Use the Platform

1.1 Nobody below the age of eighteen may hold or use an account. Age is confirmed when an account is opened, and any account later found to belong to a younger person is shut.

1.2 Where you are matters. Indian states legislate separately on online betting, so working out whether you are permitted to use a platform of this kind falls to you rather than to us.

1.3 An account is opened in the holder's own name, using contact details that belong to them, and funded from payment methods carrying that same name.

1.4 One person, one account. A second account may cause both to be restricted, and the reason for opening it makes no difference. Forgetting a password, wanting a second promotion, or preferring to keep sports money apart from casino money are all common explanations and none of them change the outcome.

1.5 An account cannot be sold, given away, lent, shared or run for anybody else. It belongs to the person who registered it.

1.6 Username, password and any verification code sent to you are yours to keep private. Whatever happens through the account is attributed to the holder.

1.7 No member of staff will request a password or a code from you at any time. Handing either to anybody is done at your own risk and we cannot undo the consequences.

1.8 Contact details on file must be current and must be yours, since regaining access to a locked account runs entirely through them.

Part Two: Funds

2.1 Money may be added using whichever payment routes the platform makes available, from a method carrying your own name. Funding from somebody else's account is not permitted.

2.2 A deposit lands once the transfer clears. How long that takes is a function of the route and the provider handling it, not of us alone.

2.3 Charges levied by your bank or payment provider are yours to bear.

2.4 Funds staked must be lawfully yours. Money obtained illegally, or money belonging to another person, must not be used.

2.5 Identity checks happen at the first withdrawal request rather than at registration. You must supply identification issued by a government body, together with details of the account you would like paid. Nothing is released until those checks conclude.

2.6 Money is paid only into an account confirmed as yours, carrying the name the profile was registered under. Payments to anybody else are refused, whatever reason is offered.

2.7 Stakes riding on unsettled positions, and promotional credit still carrying conditions, cannot be withdrawn while they remain in that state.

2.8 How quickly a payout arrives depends on our approval, the route carrying it, and your own bank. No fixed timeframe is promised, and none should be inferred.

2.9 Raising the same withdrawal twice may cause it to be pulled for manual review, which is slower rather than faster.

Part Three: Staking and Games

3.1 A stake counts only once it has been confirmed and is visible in the account. A selection sitting unconfirmed is not a bet.

3.2 Whatever price was confirmed at the moment of placement is the price that applies. Prices shift constantly, and more sharply once an event is underway.

3.3 Knowing how a market or a game resolves before staking on it is the player's responsibility, not ours.

3.4 Once confirmed, a stake cannot be withdrawn, cancelled or altered, other than where these terms allow it to be voided.

3.5 Ceilings may apply to what can be staked on a market or won from it.

3.6 Positions resolve against the rules of the relevant market and the official outcome of the event.

3.7 Stakes may be returned and the position voided where an event does not take place, a participant does not appear, a market went up in plain error, or no result can be established under the applicable rules.

3.8 Where something has been resolved wrongly, the settlement may be put right afterwards.

3.9 Instant titles, virtual sports and software casino games generate outcomes through random number generation, and each round stands entirely apart from every other.

3.10 Live casino outcomes come from an actual deal or spin performed on camera, and are settled on what happened there.

Part Four: Offers and Behaviour

4.1 Whatever terms are published alongside an offer are the terms governing that offer.

4.2 Promotional credit is separate from money you deposited. It may carry turnover conditions, differing contributions by game, time limits and ceilings on what can be won before any of it becomes withdrawable.

4.3 Offers may be narrowed, altered or pulled, and who qualifies for them may be limited.

4.4 Working an offer for advantage, including by running more than one account, cancels whatever was gained and may end the account.

4.5 The following are not permitted: holding several accounts, running one for another person, supplying false details, staking funds that are not lawfully yours, tampering with the platform or its software, running automated tools to stake or to harvest data, working with other users to exploit a market or an error, and reaching the platform from somewhere you are not entitled to.

Part Five: Accounts, Liability and Revisions

5.1 An account may be paused or shut by us where these terms are broken, where identity checks cannot be completed, or where security or the law requires it.

5.2 You may ask for closure whenever you wish. Take out whatever is left in the balance beforehand.

5.3 Where closure follows false information, unlawful funds or offer abuse, associated balances may be held back.

5.4 The settings screen offers a cap on deposits, a cap on stakes, in-play prompts, a short break, an extended lock and final closure. Any of them will be put in place at your request, and no explanation is needed.

5.5 A block or closure you asked for runs its full term. It is not undone partway through because the moment has passed, since that would defeat the purpose entirely.

5.6 Platform content, branding and software belong to us or are licensed to us, and may be used only for your own non commercial use of the platform.

5.7 Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

5.8 As far as the law allows, we carry no liability for indirect or consequential loss, winnings not made or chances missed because access was interrupted. Anything the law refuses to let us disclaim stays in place regardless.

5.9 Revisions may be made to these terms, and whatever is published is what applies. Carrying on afterwards means accepting the revision. Anyone unwilling to accept one should stop using the platform and ask for closure.

5.10 Complaints go through the official support channels, with an account of what occurred, when, and what outcome you are looking for. A dispute over how something resolved should identify the market and which rule you are invoking. Where a reply does not settle the matter, ask within the same conversation for it to go higher.
